Placing an Order
Log In/Create Your Account
- Log In: Click Log In and enter your Username and Password.
- Sign Up: If you don't have an account, click Sign Up and register with Homewise.
Place a New Order
Search: Enter the property address or HOA Name in the search bar under Place New Order.
Select Result: Choose the appropriate result from the dropdown list.
- Confirm Search Results:
- Transaction Type: Select the Transaction Type and click Continue.
Select Your Items
- Review Options: Explore the Packages and Bundles and/or Additional Forms and Documents sections. You can select only the Estoppel if you would like.
- View Details: Click See What's Included or View Details for more information.
- Select Items: Check the boxes next to the items you need and click Continue.
Review Your Order
- Review Selections: Double-check your item selections and click Continue.
Transaction Details
- Enter Information: Complete the Seller, Buyer, and Transaction Information fields. Its important we have the proper information.
- Attach Documentation: If necessary, attach any required documentation.
- Proceed: Click Continue.
Delivery
- Review Messages: Carefully read any messages in the pop-up notifications.
- Set Dates:
- Additional Options:
- Continue: Click Continue.
Payment
- Choose Payment Method:
- Continue: Click Continue.
Confirm Order Details
- Final Review:
- Place Order: Click Confirm & Place Order.
After placing your order, a confirmation pop-up will appear with your Confirmation Number. You will also receive an email confirmation.
