Placing an Order


Log In/Create Your Account

  1. Log In: Click Log In and enter your Username and Password.
  1. Sign Up: If you don't have an account, click Sign Up and register with Homewise.

Place a New Order

Search: Enter the property address or HOA Name in the search bar under Place New Order.

Select Result: Choose the appropriate result from the dropdown list.

  1. Confirm Search Results:
  2. Transaction Type: Select the Transaction Type and click Continue.

Select Your Items

  1. Review Options: Explore the Packages and Bundles and/or Additional Forms and Documents sections. You can select only the Estoppel if you would like.
  2. View Details: Click See What's Included or View Details for more information.
  3. Select Items: Check the boxes next to the items you need and click Continue.

Review Your Order

  1. Review Selections: Double-check your item selections and click Continue.

Transaction Details

  1. Enter Information: Complete the Seller, Buyer, and Transaction Information fields. Its important we have the proper information.
  2. Attach Documentation: If necessary, attach any required documentation.
  3. Proceed: Click Continue.

Delivery

  1. Review Messages: Carefully read any messages in the pop-up notifications.
  2. Set Dates:
  3. Additional Options:
  4. Continue: Click Continue.

Payment

  1. Choose Payment Method:
  2. Continue: Click Continue.

Confirm Order Details

  1. Final Review:
  2. Place Order: Click Confirm & Place Order.

After placing your order, a confirmation pop-up will appear with your Confirmation Number. You will also receive an email confirmation.
