When placing an order as a Developer, you may encounter a page asking if the seller of the property is the developer or builder. For new home or lot sales, select Yes to proceed.

To navigate this process, follow these steps:

1. Sign In: Click Sign In and enter your Username and Password.
2. Search Property: Enter the property address or HOA Name in the search bar under Place New Order.
3. Select Property: Choose the appropriate result from the dropdown list.
